Transparency and protection of your personal data
At Inizion Photo we deeply value our clients' privacy and trust. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process and protect your personal data, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).

2. Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data you provide to us through contact forms, registration forms, or purchase processes (first name, last name, ID number, email address, mailing address, etc.) will be processed for the following purposes:
- To respond to and manage inquiries and requests regarding photography projects.
- To process and manage the purchase of digital photographs, as well as to generate the corresponding legal invoice.
- To create, maintain, and grant you access to your Client Area (digital vault) for downloading your high-resolution files.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis that authorizes us to process your data is:
- Express consent: Given by checking the acceptance box when you send us a message through the contact form.
- Performance of a contract: Necessary to process your order, create your account in the Customer Area, and provide you with the photographs you purchased.
- Compliance with a legal obligation: For issuing invoices and retaining accounting data required by the Tax Agency.
4. Data Retention
The personal data you provide will be retained for as long as the business relationship continues or until you request its deletion. In the case of purchases, billing information will be retained for the legally established period (generally 5 years) to comply with tax obligations to the Spanish Tax Agency. The photos in your Customer Area will be stored for a guaranteed period of 365 days from the date of purchase.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
Inizion Photo will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties. However, in order to provide the service properly, we share strictly necessary information with the following providers (data processors), who comply with privacy regulations:
- Hosting Providers: IONOS, to securely host the website.
- Payment Gateways: PayPal and banks, solely and exclusively to process payment for orders. Under no circumstances does Inizion Photo store your credit card information or PayPal credentials.
- Anti-Spam Security: Cloudflare Turnstile, to prevent fraud and automated submissions in web forms.
6. User Rights (ARCO Rights)
As a user, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Inizion Photo is processing your personal data. You may exercise your rights at any time:
- Access: Find out what data we have about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): Request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Objection and Restriction: Object to the processing of your data or request that it be restricted.
- Portability: Request that we provide your data to you in a structured format.

7. Security Measures
Inizion Photo has implemented technical and organizational measures (such as the use of SSL certificates, native WordPress password encryption, and server-side folder protection) to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data you provide, ensuring the confidentiality of your Client Area and your files.
